Gardeners Cottage is situated next to the Hall on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With one double bedroom and two twins (two further single beds are also available) as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep eight people. The cottage also contains a well equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting room with a Claygate open log fire and a sun lounge. Outside the cottage are outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Gardeners Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

Oil central heating with log fire (logs inc. in rent). Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD. Oil central heating inc. in rent. Electricity inc. in rent 1st June to 1st September and charged at cost for other months. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair by request. Garden furniture and BBQ. Well-behaved pets welcome. Fishing, tennis and woodland walks all inc. in rent. Ample parking. Shop and pub 2 miles. |
